By signing up for a trip, workshop, or attending a field trip sponsored by Georgia Audubon, I acknowledge that these activities can be hazardous and that I could be injured. I agree that I am voluntarily participating in these activities and assume any risk of physical injury or damage to my property. In addition, I grant Georgia Audubon, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of me and my property during the program, and authorize Georgia Audubon to use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Georgia Audubon may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including, for example, publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
Final Payment: I understand that if I selected the down-payment during initial registration that the final payment, which will include any single supplement payments if that option was chosen, will be due by March 1, 2023.
I also agree to the following Cancellation Policy:
If notice of cancellation by the participant is received by December 20, 2022, a refund of all payments made will be given (less a $50 administrative fee). If notice of cancellation is received between December 21, 2022 and March 22, 2023, a 50% refund of the tour fee will be given unless the space(s) can be filled, in which case a full refund will be given (less a $50 administrative fee). Thereafter, all deposits and payments are non-refundable unless the space(s) can be filled, in which case a full refund will be given (less a $50 administrative fee). In the event of tour cancellation due to weather, strike, war, quarantine, or other unforeseen emergency situation, a 100% refund will be given, less any expenses incurred by the tour operator.
COVID-19 Vaccination: I understand that all participants in the Georgia Audubon Travel Program must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the time of the travel date. According to the CDC, individuals are considered fully vaccinated when they are at least two weeks past the 2nd dose of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine or at least two weeks past the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. I agree to also adhere to all local travel guidelines and restrictions at the destination at the time of travel. I understand that Georgia Audubon will verify my vaccination status prior to the travel date (multiple options for verification of vaccination status will be provided).
